Jane Goldner, Ph.D.

Jane S. Goldner, Ph.D., president and CEO of The Goldner Group LLC, is one of the nation’s leading authorities on talent retention and trusted advisor to Fortune100 Companies, government and military organizations. She is the author of Driven to Success: A 10-Point Checkup for Achieving High Performance in Business, a step-by-step business guide for leaders. Her second book, Women Driven to Success: You Can Have It YOUR All and her chapter in Roadmap to Success with Ken Blanchard and Deepak Chopra leads women on the journey to defining and getting their all so they can lead with purpose, passion and power. Dr. Goldner is a powerful presenter who immediately connects with her audiences and leaves them with practical tips and techniques that they can immediately implement.


Dr. Goldner has been a key consultant, coach and speaker for organizations such as the Georgia Department of Defense, the National Guard Bureau Domestic Operations, The Coca-Cola Company, Cox Communications, Georgia-Pacific, Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, General Engineering Laboratories, The City of Boca Raton, IBM International Women’s Group, GA Tech College of Management Author Series, SHRM and many more.

Dr. Goldner earned a Ph.D. in Human Resources Development from Georgia State University in Atlanta and a Masters of Arts in Counseling at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Her undergraduate work was
completed at the University of Maryland. She was an adjunct professor at Coles College of Business Kennesaw State University. Jane was the Board Chair for GOAL, a nonprofit focusing on changing the world for adolescent girls, and is a leadership mentor. She frequently does pro bono consulting for non-profit organizations such as Girls, Inc. Her awards include The Adjutant General’s Coin for Leadership Coaching, the Partners in Education Professional Development Award, and All-Star President’s Award of the American Society for Training &Development (Atlanta Chapter).
