Your presenter, Mike Neal, is a Founding Partner at MVP-Results, a Predictive Index partner.

Mike has proven success building companies into profitable organizations. Over the past few decades he has built several companies into multi-million dollar enterprises including a niche business product that was listed on the London Stock Exchange and a nursing supplies distributor that is still one of the market leaders in England.

 

He retired to the Sunshine State in 2001, but after a few weeks took over a manufacturing company in Pinellas County, before taking control of an Office Supplies company that still has major contracts throughout Florida.

 

Mike joined the Predictive Index team in 2011 and now works with companies of all sizes across many industries. From advising on a Leadership Development program for a Fortune 200 company to helping several leading Financial Institutions manage the change in their industry, Mike uses his knowledge and experience to bring talent optimization to life in organizations by aligning people strategy to business strategy.
